Packaging Manager
A graduate of Bend High, Joel figured out early that his wheelhouse would be working on projects and with his hands. He spent 21 years working for a local brewing company where he developed skills that make him invaluable in our production facility. He can tackle just about every mechanical issue at Cascade Lakes whether it be in the Brewery or restaurants. Constantly troubleshooting, Joel is committed to quality and reducing waste.
When Joel’s not at work, he takes his tinkering prowess to his hobby farm, several cars he’s working on, and his at home gardens. He and his Addy have three kids between middle school and high school.
