NON-PROFIT FUNDRAISING EVENTS

Our commitment to community involvement drives everything we do at Cascade Lakes Brewing Company, it is something we take great pride in. Cascade Lakes Brewing Company is active in providing resources and support to our communities through hosted pint nights at our pubs, beers brewed to support local organizations, and donated time to local organizations.

In 2024, our not-for-profit partnership strategy has evolved, featuring a quarterly spotlight on key non-profits aligned with our pillars:

This strategic shift enhances our community impact. Throughout 2024, we welcome collaborations for single events, such as pint nights.

We are currently at our 2024 Pint Night capacity. If you are seeking support outside of a Pint Night event, please email alex@cascadelakes.com.

We will begin accepting Pint Night submissions for 2025 in December. Please visit us again at that time to initiate a connection so that we may create a meaningful impact together.

    • Must be a not-for-profit organization with a 501(c)3 or 501(c)6 tax ID number.

    • Priority is given to local organizations focusing on environmental stewardship, outdoor recreation, youth activities, and animal welfare efforts.

    • Pint Nights and other fundraising events will be held at one of Cascade Lakes Brewing Companies’ two pubs - Pub on Reed Market or Pub at 7th Street.

    • Depending on location and date preferences, fundraising events will be selected and scheduled based on our overall event schedule. We will do our best to accommodate your wants and needs.

    • Mutual event promotion is required. Our marketing team will collaborate with your organization to help drive awareness around the fundraising event but we should not be expected to do all the heavy lifting. Remember, the more people who attend, the more money raised!

    • Representatives from the organization are required to attend the event. We expect that your organization’s representatives will interact with our patrons. Their efforts help to raise awareness and engagement around your organization’s mission.

    • Create a Facebook event at least 3-weeks before the event, inviting Cascade Lakes Brewing Company as a collaborator/co-host.

    • We ask that you be proactive in your pint night promotion. We recommend event reminders be posted up to 1 week and the day before your scheduled pint night event.

    • Be sure to tag/mention @cascadelakesbrewingco in all Facebook posts promoting the event.

    • If your organization utilizes email marketing, we recommend including a blurb or sending an event-specific email to your mailing list at least 3-weeks before the event.

    • While not necessary, we recommend creating tabletop tents to display on tables during the event. We have found that our non-profit partners succeed when utilizing these displays with QR codes. This effort helps provide valuable information and a direct link to organizations’ websites and donation landing pages.

    • Typically, Cascade Lakes Brewing donates $1 of every pint sold during a pre-determined timeframe to the organization. Funds raised often depend on the location, date, time of the pint night, and level of commitment of the organization.

    • We will create and hang pint night posters throughout the respective pub, helping to promote the event.

    • We will promote the event on social platforms, tagging the non-profit partner in any posts, stories, or shares.

    • We will educate our pub staff on the organization, using word of mouth in our pubs to help encourage patrons to participate in the pint night event.
