Blonde Bombshell
As the name implies, this is one knock-out of a beer. Brewed to be a light bodied, refreshing ale, Blonde Bombshell combines subtle malt and wheat flavors with a delicate Liberty hop aroma to create a sensational beer. Originally brewed as a seasonal, this beer was so popular it pushed its way into our regular line-up.

Hazy IPA
Put your mind at ease with all that’s right in the world with this smooth Hazy IPA. An enjoyable bitterness that combines the worlds of juicy and piney as the name would suggest. Papaya, light pineapple, and undertones of dragon fruit will have you reaching for the next before you’ve finished the last.

Pineapple IPA
We are stoked to offer this tasty IPA where mountain pine aromas collide with the tropics. The blend of 3 flavorful hops and a splash of pineapple make this the liquid to drench your cottonmouth.

20” Brown
Named after the enormous Brown Trout found in Northwest streams, this beer lives up to the legend. 20″ Brown is medium bodied and has an extremely complex malt character. Using 6 varieties of Northwest grown malt, we created a masterpiece of color, aroma and flavor. Set your hook in one of these and you won’t be disappointed!

Revival IPA
The beer is golden/straw colored. Light in body…read drinkable, crushable, even soft or not overly sweet. The sweetness that is there is balanced with the bitterness present. The aroma is fruit forward with floral undertones. I also had a comment of “dank pine, but fruity as hell.” There are notes of mango, guava and pineapple. Even passionfruit. (But it’s a hell of a lot more fun to say rambutan, mangosteen and breadfruit.) There’s even a hint of vanilla melded in.

Salted Caramel Porter
This limited release of our seasonal Vault Series is a lightly-roasted, mahogany-colored, medium-bodied malt that is as smooth as a Marvin Gaye love song. With a sweet, salted-caramel flavor, this special porter is a delicious ale you’ll want to enjoy over and over. Mercy, mercy me.

Our Lively IPA is designed with the active person in mind. The fresh, easily consumable liquid will keep you from getting bogged down. Less bitter, this bright and refreshing beer profiles a lively aroma of pine, citrus, and floral notes.

Our brewery.
Founded in 1994, Cascade Lakes Brewing started with a 10-barrel brewing system in Redmond, Oregon. Twenty-six years later, the long nights and drive for great beer plays out on a larger scale. Today Cascade Lakes Brewing includes a state-of-the-art, 25-barrel brew house system, two brewpubs (Cascade Lakes at 7th Street in Redmond and Cascade Lakes Brewpub in Bend).
Cascade Lakes beers are distributed and sold in seven states including Oregon, Washington, California, Alaska, Idaho, Nevada and Montana.
