We brewed our long time classic recipe Angus McDougal with some local Mecca Grade Estate Malt.  A 50/50 blend of Metolious and Lamonta malt, along with a little of their Opal malt delivers a rich, distinct malt flavor for this amber ale.  We are so fortunate to be able to brew some malt driven beers like this with a locally grown and malted barley, so we have named this beer Mecca McDougal.
