This is our winter seasonal beer which arrives early fall and stays around till after the holidays.  Crystal malt and Cascade hops produce a well balanced strong ale that is perfect for nights around fireplace with friends and family.

Grains: 2-Row, Crystal, Chocolate, Honey
Hops: Cascade
Original Gravity: 1.064
Final Gravity: 1.016
I.B.U.'s: 50
Alcohol: 6.4

This crisp, refreshing gold Ale differs from most ale due to its comparatively low fermentation temperatures.  The Kolsch yeast used for this beer performs well at temps as low as 56 degrees Fahrenheit, which creates an ale that is smooth in flavor and quite drinkable. 

Grains: 100% Pilsner Malt
Hops: German Hallertau, German Hersbrucker
Original Gravity: 1.045
Alcohol: 4.6%

Paulina Lake Pilsner is a classic German style Pilsner.  Light straw in color and well hopped with European noble hops, this beer is fermented to a low final gravity.  This leads to a beer with few residual sugars to create a dry crisp lager with higher hop bitterness and aroma than your typical American Lager.

Grains: Pilsner
Hops: Czech Saaz
Original Gravity: 1.045
Alcohol: 4.5%

Mt. Washington Maibock is light copper in color that has a malty sweetness present in its nose and flavor from the German malts used to create this brew.  To style this beer has a medium hop bitterness with noble hop aroma & flavor.  Maibock's are traditionally released in the spring.  "Mai" is German for May.

Runaway Imperial IPA is a high gravity ale that has a  pronounced hop aroma, with a refined malt body that balances the hop bitterness to achieve a smooth, yet flavorful, Imperial IPA!

Grains: 2 Row, Crystal, Munich 
Hops: Centennial, Simcoe
Original Gravity: 1.084
Gravity: 1.019
Alcohol: 8.8

This "Traditional German-Style Bock'' is a lager brewed with all German malts which includes generous amounts of German "Carafa" specialty malt; this malt gives the beer a pronounced chocolate-like flavor and creates a dark brown beer.  This brew has a slight warming feeling from the 7% alcohol it contains.  To style this is a medium-bodied beer with a mild hop bitterness aroma.

Grains: German Pilsner, Munich & Carafa
Hops: German Tradition, Domestic Hallertau & Liberty
Original Gravity: 1.068
Final Gravity: 1.013
Alcohol: 7.0

This Red Ale exhibits a copper red color provided by generous amounts of three kinds of crystal malt.  These malts also lend a substantial malty character that is balanced by three different American hop varieties, resulting in a full-bodied ale that as a vigorous American hop presence.

Pronounced “vice” this is a genuine example of a traditional German wheat beer. Through the use of a special strain of yeast from Germany we have been able to create a truly outstanding wheat beer. With hints of banana and clove this beer doesn’t need to be served with a lemon! 


Grains: 2-Row, Wheat
Hops: Crystal
Original Gravity: 1.050
Final Gravity: 1.010
I.B.U.'s: 14
Alcohol: 5.0
